Bloccs

Visual workflow platform that started as a better way to build ETL pipelines. Now exploring how flow-based programming could work for agentic AI workflows. The idea predates the AI hype—turns out it aged well.

Why this exists

Started from frustration building ETL pipelines in code when the logic is fundamentally visual—data flows from here to there, transforms along the way. Writing that as procedural code obscures the intent. Flow-based programming makes the architecture visible.

Current state

Landing page with waitlist is live. Older prototype versions exist. New prototype in progress but not prioritized. The concept is solid; the execution is waiting for bandwidth.

What I learned

Built this before AI agents were mainstream. Now watching agentic workflows emerge with the same patterns—nodes, connections, conditional branching. The idea might have found its moment.

What's next

Parked while other projects take priority. Revisiting when there's time to explore the agentic workflow angle properly.
