Built out of frustration from working with compliance consultants on FINTRAC and RPAA at Humi. Every GRC tool on the market is designed for US regulations first, with Canadian requirements bolted on as an afterthought. Nobody's solving this properly for Canadian fintechs and regulated SMEs.
Current state
Prototype landing page is live. The actual application runs locally with working frameworks, controls, obligations, and evidence workflows. Needs polish before letting anyone else touch it.
What I learned
Canadian compliance has enough regulatory quirks that copy-pasting US frameworks doesn't work. The hard part isn't the software—it's encoding the regulatory knowledge in a way that's actually usable.
What's next
Polish the prototype, then find early adopters in Canadian fintech who are tired of spreadsheets and consultants.
